Below you will find an update on some of the Azamara Club Cruises policies.
Deposits / Payments:
As you already know, of course, a deposit must be made to reserve a stateroom and receive a written confirmation. Deposit requirements are the same regardless of the number of stateroom occupants, and the minimum deposit amount must be received within seven (7) days of booking.
Current Minimum Deposit Requirements for Bookings Made on Voyages sailing through March 23, 2011 (Azamara Journey) and April 24, 2011 (Azamara Quest) will stay the same for the Club Veranda, Club Oceanview and Club Interior staterooms. We have, however, made changes to the suite deposits as follows:

NEW: Minimum Deposit Requirements for Bookings Made on Voyages that commence on or after May 1, 2011 are changing as follows:

Final payment of the balance for Bookings Made on Voyages sailing through March 23, 2011 (Azamara Journey) and April 24, 2011 (Azamara Quest) must be received at Azamara Club Cruise's offices at least 70 days prior to the sailing date for the voyage or tour start date for the cruisetour. Holiday sailings require final payment 90 days prior to the sailing date for the voyage.
NEW: For bookings covering voyages that commence on or after May 1, 2011 the final payment of the balance must be received 90 days prior to the sailing date for the voyage
Cancellation Policy:
Our Cancellation Policies are being updated as follows:
NEW: For bookings covering voyages that commence on or after May 1, 2011 the following charges for late cancellation of voyages, cruisetours or pre/post hotel packages (double occupancy) apply:
91 days or more - US$50 per booking
90 - 60 days - 20%
59 - 30 days - 50%
29 - 15 days - 75%
14 days or less - 100%
Single Occupancy Supplement:
NEW: Also noteworthy is the fact that we have in place a 125% single supplement for all trans-oceanic voyages and passages from Asia to the Mediterranean such as our Trans-Atlantic voyages, and our Singapore to Athens in the spring of 2010, and Athens to Dubai, Dubai to Singapore in the fall.
