So we've restructured and realigned our sales force in order to give you more efficient, personalized service. And we think you'll like what we've done! You told us how important a face-to-face relationship is to building strong partnerships. As part of our new World Class Sales Organization, we've divided our sales team into geographically-based territories. This means that all our travel partners will be provided with a local Business Development Manager (BDM), who is solely responsible for agencies within that radius. Since they'll be working a defined region, they'll be readily available to meet with you in person more often. In addition to the expertise and support from your local BDM, you'll get more! In fact, each BDM will have a partner Business Development Support Specialist (BDS), based in Miami, who will work to deliver a joint sales & service effort for your agency. The BDS will keep you up to date with upcoming promotions, customizing and distributing promotional materials, partnering with the BDM to tackle issues that may arise, and ultimately collaborating to support you. Essentially, we've gone from having one individual servicing your needs, to a dynamic duo! With the knowledge, support and energy supplied by our BDM/BDS team you will have the most effective and personalized service available!
